How these figures are defined

Total grievances

Every registered grievance except those marked as not counted (for example confirmed duplicates).

Resolved

Grievances where a resolution has been issued, accepted or closed.

Under process

Received, acknowledged, assigned or under examination, and not yet resolved.

Resolution rate

Resolved ÷ total, expressed as a percentage.

Average resolution time

Mean time from submission to the resolution being issued.
